Windows 7 Minimum Requirements: 1GB RAM and 16GB Hard disk space 1GHZ processor. Windows 7 iso file. Pen drive/ usb drive with 4GB space.   Get a windows 7 DVD with your required Version of Windows 7 Follow the steps given below to install Windows 7 from USB drive.Insert your USB thumb drive.
